Pre-Orders

Certain ESRA products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-orders allow customers to reserve a system prior to assembly, configuration, refurbishment, testing, or inventory availability.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that your device may not ship immediately and may require additional processing, sourcing, configuration, and preparation time before fulfillment.

Estimated fulfillment and shipping timelines are provided as estimates only and are subject to change depending on hardware availability, component sourcing, refurbishment requirements, demand volume, shipping carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Pre-order systems may utilize comparable refurbished rugged hardware platforms based on current inventory availability. While advertised specifications and core functionality will be honored, exact hardware models, cosmetic condition, ports, or minor component variations may differ between units.

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order prior to shipment unless work has already substantially begun on device sourcing, refurbishment, customization, software configuration, or preparation. Once a device has entered active preparation or shipment status, cancellation requests may be denied or subject to applicable processing, labor, or restocking fees.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that ESRA products are custom-configured systems prepared in limited quantities and may require variable lead times prior to delivery.
